teleNetwork has immediate openings for Level 1 (Entry Level) Support Reps for our Work At Home positions! This is not an independent contract position (1099) and there are no upfront costs for training or work. Gain valuable (and marketable!) technical experience in the IT support field while learning about and supporting some of the newest technology. Work closely with your team through Instant Messenger to solve problems, research solutions, and provide customers with the resolution they need.As a Level 1 agent, you will be assisting customers with their internet needs, which may include running diagnostics and documenting the results for technician dispatch, researching account issues with customers, as well as walking customers through solutions step-by-step over the phone. Training will be a fast paced introduction to key concepts that will take you through the first few weeks on the job where you will be expected to continue learning and growing.
