OCMBC, Inc. is launching its Wholesale Division and we are looking to build a top team with top individuals. We are looking for entrepreneurial Wholesale Account Executives who want to have a product roster to take to the streets that very few if any have. There is a tremendous opportunity within our growing division and we are looking for those who want to join our team and take advantage of what we have to offer!Your Primary Job FunctionBring new broker and loan offer lending relationships to OCMBC, Inc. Develop existing lending relationships and increase closed loan production via quality sales calls.Essential Functions• Gain approval for 10 quality broker relationships per month.• Conduct sales calls with prospective brokers to educate on product offerings.• Generate closed volume that represents pull-through of 75% or higher. • Consistently fund a minimum of one million in closed loan production on a monthly. • Work with management and staff to develop professional, respectful relationships. between lending partners and internal staff.• Actively maintain personal pipeline through excellent customer service.• Work with management to consistently meet funding goals. • Implement and complete a business plan covering the level of activities required in order to meet objectives.• Engages in continuous training, ensuring continuing knowledge of products and sales process.Requirements• Ability to work independently and have an aggressive entrepreneurial spirit. • Maintain a positive attitude and ability to develop strong customer relationships. • Excellent telephone communication skills. • Effective time-management skills. • Top customer service skills. • The drive and determination to succeed. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)• Minimum of 3 years mortgage industry experience• Knowledge of quality lending partners in the marketplace • Knowledge of the loan programs, standard underwriting guidelines, processing and QC requirements • Knowledge of regulatory lending guidelines • Must be able to effectively communicate and present mortgage products, company policies and company procedures • Ability to overcome sales objections • Ability to question and listen to the client to determine needs and fulfill them • Strong problem-solving skills There will be room for tremendous growth within the division and we are adding niche products consistently to insure that you have something to take to the marketplace that sets you apart.
