FILE CLERK/SECRETARY: Seeking candidates that have previous office experience. The perfect candidate will be able to perform these job functions: answer phones, maintain files, greet all clients, have a positive attitude; assist Legal Assistant with preparing simple correspondence, scheduling, confirming depos; courthouse runs for courthouse filings, file-set ups, intake, scanning documents, wordperfect/word sort mail and distribute, general office clerical skills a must.
