1. Answer phones & Call Customers -- Answer simple rate/policy questions from customers. Explain repair process and repair options.2. Documentation -- Keep articulate notes on the entire repair process and any prices quoted to customer for every repair. Document after each step in Tigerpaw, our internal ticketing system.3. Service -- Work on computer repairs. Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, install, and perform testing activities on various computer equipment, and peripherals. Repairs can be in-house, on-site, or remote. A company vehicle will be provided for on-site service calls.4. Research -- Research parts and process for customer repair.5. Cleaning -- Clean tech room on a rotating bi-weekly schedule as outlined by supervisor. Take out trash every Friday afternoon and replenish trash bags.6. Recycling -- Carry recycling to the storage facility in the back of the store.7. Any other tasks assigned to youSkills/QualificationsMULITITASKING, Problem solving, common sense, dependable, must be able to use critical thinking to figure things out on their own, Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Handles Pressure, Phone Skills, Supply Management, Positive Attitude, and the ability to lift computers and other equipment.Job Requirements:· High school diploma and/or GED· Valid driver license and insurable and proof of auto insurance· Prefer 1 months in the computer repair industry· 6 months in customer service· A+ certification· Net+ preferred· Clean Background check must pass drug screen· Reliable transportation This Position Entails:· Troubleshooting user problems over the phone and with remote control technologies· Completion of in-house repairs through our ticketing system. Troubleshooting issues with PCs and Macs, contacting customers with quotes, and completing repairs within expected turnaround times.· Accurate documentation of all activities conducted· The ability to manage, maintain, troubleshoot and support our users' networks, equipment, software and services· The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements· Leveraging stress and prioritizing customer tickets in a fast-paced environmentFull Time Mon-Fri 9a-6pReply with your resume today!
