POSITION PROFILEPromotes and manages solutions which involve Electronic Document Management, Systems Integration, Managed IT and Cloud offerings. Gains an understanding of the customer's business and technology requirements and creates a compelling business solution and design documents that meet client needs. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify and promote solutions which centers on client cost savings with our portfolio of Electronic Document Management, systems integration tools and practices, managed IT services and hosting of dedicated infrastructure (cloud). Provides analysis of customer business and technology requirements and the development/design of customized solutions to fit individual customer needs.Applies a consultative approach to all contacts with customer business owner and IT groups.Delivers presentations, demonstrations, proofs of concept and solution configuration development related to Professional and IT Services solutionsDevelops Statement of Work (SOW) and design documentation as a part of the business/technology solution that relates to capture, document/content management and workflow requirements.Participate in advanced solution opportunities by attending customer workshops, vendor shows, symposiums, etc. to promote Services offerings.Consistently promotes a portfolio of solutions internally and externally. Develops Statement of Work as a part of the business/technology solution that relates to capture, document/content management and workflow requirements.Engage vendor partners to assist in complex solutions where appropriate.Manage client communications and expectations from the design cycle through to implementation.Participate in assessing the success and profitability of each project and make improvements.Is responsible for the discovery and design necessary to implement a solution that will meet client needs. Works independently and with the implementation team in developing and designing complex premier solutions and utilizes engagement process to obtain additional resource expertise where necessary.Performs other duties as assigned and demonstrate a commitment to the design process, company values and business code of ethics. QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)Typically Required:Four-year college degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a related fieldAt least 4- years working in a sales service organization and experience in IT environments 2 years project management or solutions development management experience preferred.Experience calling on a variety of accounts including local major, vertical or national accounts as well as mid-size and smaller firms.Display the ability to be trained on new software applications. Certifications, or training on other software products preferredStrong organizational and interpersonal skills.Extensive training and advancement options.Must possess a valid Driver's license, clean criminal record, reliable transportation, and ability to work in the U.S. Although candidate will be assigned a territory located in the greater Tyler, TX area, some travel may be required.
