Texas law firm is looking for a website copywriter with experience writing online legal content or articles for law firms or legal publications. Candidates should have journalism experience and/or a journalism or English degree and be familiar with SEO. This position requires your physical presence in our office in Houston, Texas.Duties -Write high-quality, unique web content about different types of legal claims including personal injury claims.Write web articles, press releases, and blog entries related to personal injury lawsuits and injuries on our firm's websites and social media pages.Create and write about legal topics and current events on Social Media websites with hyperlinked words that link back to our law firm's websites.Ideal Candidate -Experience writing online legal content for a law firm or legal publication Able to perform scholarly research and develop high-quality written legal content relating to personal injury lawsuits and injuriesAble to code basic HTML and upload content to the web.Able to type at least 90 WPM.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience with Wordpress and/or any other CMS is a plus.Knowledge of online marketing is a plus.Experience with basic SEO and Link Building techniques is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Journalism or English is a plus.Writing Sample Required: If you are interested in the position and meet the qualifications listed above, please prepare a writing sample about "what to do if you're injured in a truck/18 wheeler accident," and email it along with your resume.
