Job Description:Semiconductor Manufacturing OperatorImmediate opens! These outstanding positions will not last! If you currently working within a semiconductor manufacturing area and the timing seems to be right to join a new team, the GCA Services Group team would enjoy talking with you and learning more about your career objectives!SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTIONAbility to work in a clean-room environment. Ability to monitor, control & operate computerized wafer, test, probe or assembly equipment for the inspection, text probe, assembly or alignment of integrated circuits. Ability to read and understand job specifications, schematics, shop orders and operating instructions. Ability to perform basic math calculations. Ability to identify basic functional problems, take corrective action, and interface with supervisors and engineers to explain problems. Excellent pay and benefits are available. Training is provided. Day and Night shifts available. Drug screen and background investigation is an important part of our process. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEHigh School diploma or GED is required. All applicants must be 18 years or older.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSPosition is dependent upon the following physical abilities, which are essential to the job:• ability to work in a Class 1 clean room• ability to wear full clean room attire• ability to use high-powered microscopes to visually inspect for defects. Ability to see full color spectrum.• ability to work around chemicals such as acids and solvents• ability to stand for up to 6 hours at a time• ability to lift up to 10 pounds or push/pull up to 30 pounds• ability to work compressed shift (alternate between 3 & 4 consecutive 12 hour shifts weekly)More details available during our interview process.Note: Job components and essential functions are representative of the position and are not intended to be a detailed list.
