We currently have an opening to service our operations in the Dallas area. If you are looking for a company you can grow with, this may be the position for you.The primary responsibility of the Capacity Retention Specialist (CRS) is the ability to listen to and understand the needs or concerns of our driver associates. A big part of a retention specialist's duties includes receiving and placing calls to our driver associates. The CRS is expected to use an open, interactive communication style to reconcile driver needs and meet company performance goals.
