Senior IVR / Voice Portal Programmer - Telecommute/RemoteDISCLAIMERThis information is intended to be a general description of the work performed in this job. It is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities and skills required.BASIC FUNCTIONSupport and manage Contact Center Software Solutions to contribute to the growth and success of Working Solutions companies. Works closely with Operations and IT Team to achieve client specified goals as well as internal Working Solutions goals. This position currently reports to Director of Program Management -- WS Live, and Sr. Director of Delivery Services -- WS iNet.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES• Act as lead in developing and supporting client-driven programs and campaigns. • Supervise 1-3 staff members; in addition manage 3rd party development activities as needed• Configure and Manage Contact Center application and platform.• Act as System Administrator; Respond to and troubleshoot alerts and/or monitoring management systems reporting IT issues related to the Contact Center application. i.e. job management.• Monitor automated daily processes surrounding report creation and distribution. • Create scripting with data capture for outbound calls based on client requests.• Work with outbound calling files to prepare for outbound dialing; scrub and load files. • Create SQL reports based on operational and client needs. i.e. create automated reports to replace Excel reports that require data entry on a daily/weekly basis.• Gather and document business requirements; document functional and technical specifications as required.• Work closely with customer base on testing, implementation and post implementation support plans.• Archive database, scripting and reporting queries at the closure of outbound campaigns.• Provide support on day to day operations. • Collaborate with other departments to arrive at solutions to improve overall company efficiencies. • Recognize areas for improvement within software development processes and take appropriate action to initiate change. Remain current on cutting edge trends and developments in the IT and telecommunications industry, and implement new technology as appropriate to benefit company productivity.• Assist IT personnel with troubleshooting as neededQUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred, or equivalent experience; with 3 plus year's experience in Contact Center Solutions support, development, and administration. Hands on working on knowledge of the following languages/protocols:Required Skills:• Provision tenants, campaigns, queues and routes in Sytel Softdial Contact Center or similar Contact Center applications. i.e. Avaya, Aspect, Genesys . . .• Script development to support custom applications and/or the integration of a third-party interfaces• .net and database experience; integration into existing hosts and CRM solutions• Experience with web based applications• Perform administrative tasks on the SCC servers.• Database administration.• Setup and management of outbound/inbound calling campaigns.Preferred Skills:• .net, C#, VB.NET• Sytel Scripter2 language • Genesys Voice Platform ADDITIONAL REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES (KSA's) • Excellent understanding of the company's business goals, processes, and objectives• Excellent knowledge of the processes and systems of the business • Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Excellent creative problem solving and decision-making skills• Working knowledge of application development philosophies, methodologies and structures• Working knowledge of application development tools • Troubleshooting and problem solving skills, ability to build strong collaborative working relationships • Time and organizational management; Ability to stay on task and meet deadlines.• Ability to work variable hours, which may include evenings and weekends related to project activities• Ability to travel if necessary, not more than 5%.
