Small Business seeking a full-time Office Administrator / Customer Service person.Responsibilities Include:- Answering incoming calls- Customer service- Quotations and follow ups- Maintaining customer and vendor relationships- Order entry & Invoicing- Obtaining Accounts Receivable- Data entry* This is a small sized company. Responsibilities will include helping out with a wide range of other tasks as needed.Qualifications:- Minimum high school diploma (Associates Degree a plus!)- Must be able to multitask between taking calls and other duties- Extremely organized- Very personable and good at keeping client relationships- Computer literate (Microsoft Office a must!)- Able to learn current product line and inform prospective customers Location: New Orleans Compensation: $14hrPrincipals only.
