Licensed administrator will lead interdisciplinary team to meet quality benchmarks, resident, family and employee satisfaction benchmarks, and financial goals. Individual will work with the center's team to address business objectives, marketing strategies, and staff development. Individual must be experienced in Louisiana State and Federal Long erm Care Regulations. Knowledge in Medicare, Medicaid, MDS and Care Plans, AR, HR. REQUIREMENTS5 years of Long Term Care experience in Skilled Nursing facility.Must have availability to travel as needed to accomplish the position.Licensed Administrator in the State of Louisiana.Must be computer literate and have working knowledge of MS Office.Must have excellent communication skills, orally and written.
