Summary/Job SnapshotThe Project Manager is a key member of the BancVue Technical Launch Operations Team and has responsibility for all phases of the BancVue product implementation. This position's primary responsibility is to provide world class technical project management, coaching & guidance to BancVue clients throughout the implementation project. An individual in this position acts as a Project Manager on multiple projects that run concurrently and is the central point of contact between various BancVue resources, the Financial Institution and other third parties. Key Responsibilities• Create and execute project plans as appropriate to meet client needs and requirements.• Assign and monitor tasks to the project team. Manage day to day operational aspects of project and scope. • Adhere to company process and standards. Minimize exposure and risk to project.• Effectively set & manage client expectations.• Facilitate project team and client meetings effectively. Communicate project status to project team, stakeholders and management regularly.• Escalate, manage and resolve issues in a timely manner.• Assist the Launch Team in maintaining and refining implementation process.• Manage implementation related customer facing documents.• Proactively seek additional tasks or responsibilities and assist other teams as needed.Preferred Qualifications • High level of professionalism.• Experience working with clients to provide project management guidance and coaching to clients on multiple projects concurrently.• Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas both written & verbally.• Proven Project Management skills with a superb attention to detail and ability to multi-task.• Ability to effectively prioritize between multiple clients and related tasks and create a sense of urgency, successfully managing multiple priorities.• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in responding to rapid change and increasing ambiguity. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.• 2 or more years of Project Management and/or software installation experience.Top 3 Signs this is the right job for you 1.
