This person will be responsible for outside relationship selling in the division for Trucks and RAM Commercial Truck products, and Fleet vehicles.We serve the Shreveport, Marshall, Mansfield, and Monroe Louisiana areas!Job Responsibilities: Oversee Business to Business daily selling by Face to Face direct contactResponsible for Outside sales of: Trucks and RAM Commercial Truck products, Fleet cars and needs of the marketplaceKeep abreast of our products and updates, services, potential customers' businesses and industriesDevelop quotes and product comparisonsRelationship Building/Account Management for new customers and existing customers. Actively build relationships with customers and potential customersManage call schedules to cover assigned territory efficiently in regards to time and logisticsMaintain accurate records including sales call reports, expense forms, invoices, and other documentationKeep learning! Maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities, and other research.Commercial Outside Sales Requirements:3 years of experience in an external sales capacity.Strong time management and self motivational skills.Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas.Professional demeanor, selling style, and appearance.Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.Ability to work individually and as part of a team.High level of integrity and work ethic.Must possess a valid driver's license.Additional / HIGHLY transferable industry knowledge: Contractors / General contractorsConnected w/Real Estate decision makersOilfield products, relationshipsActive participation in social eventsHours are Monday through Friday with a Saturday rotation scheduled. Home every night, local travel only.
