Position Overview Baylor University is seeking a creative self-starter for the position of Director of Network Engagement. This position will supply critical leadership to Baylors Alumni, Professional, Affinity, and Regional/International Networks. Additionally, the position provides organizational support and guidance to increase involvement in these constituent networks. The objectives for the position are to forge stronger relationships with our constituents, and grow volunteers and Network participation. The Director of Network Engagement reports to the Associate Vice President for Constituent Engagement. The successful candidate for this position will: Be able to effectively communicate with all constituents of Baylor including our diverse alumni, current and future students, academic Deans, volunteers, as well as faculty, staff, and executive leaders of the university Possess strong leadership qualities and be able to establish and effectively communicate strategic goals Be willing to travel Understand the dynamics of working with a volunteer-driven organization Qualifications A Bachelors Degree, three years of relevant work experience, and a Christian faith are required.
