On-the-Job TrainingRESPONSIBILITIES Technicians work from the Belton, TX - Headquarters Office -- reporting Mon. -- Fri. at 7:45 am. Technician usually work solo - except on larger jobs - will work as a team member. MUST be able to lift 50 lbs. MUST not be afraid of heights - Techs work in attics & small spaces frequently & will be on ladders and rafters. MUST possess technical aptitude. MUST be punctual, professional, polite, HONEST & willing to take on new challenges everyday. MUST possess a positive attitude & be willing to interact with customers, employer, co- workers & other trades.REQUIREMENTS. Applicants MUST HAVE NO CRIMINAL BACKGROUND -- ANY Felony would prevent applicant becoming Licensed by TX Department of Public Safety, Private Security Commission.. License application & fingerprint cards MUST BE submitted within 2 weeks of hire date.. Thorough criminal background check will be processed. Any FELONY conviction will disqualify an applicant.. High School graduation is required. GED is acceptable.. MUST HAVE GOOD DRIVING RECORD. Meaning: NO MORE than 1 speeding ticket on record; No Major Collisions & NO DWI's.. MUST PASS MANDATORY DRUG SCREEN.
